For event organisers

Create your event, go live in minutes.

Once you're an approved organiser, creating an event is a single short form — name, date, pricing, and you're ready to start uploading photos.

What you fill in

Event name, type (5K, 10K, half marathon, marathon, ultra, trail, cycling, triathlon, or other), date, and location — town, postcode, and country. Nothing here requires technical setup or design work; it's the same kind of form you'd fill in for any race listing.

You also set your pricing at this point: a base price per photo (minimum £5.00), and whether you want volume discounts (price drops as someone buys more) or flat pricing (same price regardless of quantity).

Your event stays a private draft until you publish it

Creating an event doesn't make it public. It sits as a draft in your dashboard, visible only to you, until you actively choose to publish. That means you can set everything up — including uploading and tagging photos — before anyone sees it, and publish exactly when you're ready.

Photography, sorted either way

When you create an event, you'll also tell us whether you have your own photographer lined up, or whether you'd like PINNED to help source one for your event. Either way, your usual commission split stays exactly the same — this is just about making sure every event has photo coverage, however you get there.

From draft to live

Upload your photos, let AI bib tagging do its first pass, review the results in your event studio, then publish. There's no approval wait on the event itself once your organiser account is approved — you're in control of exactly when it goes live.
