How the commission works
Instead of charging you upfront, PINNED takes a percentage commission on each photo sold — your exact rate is shown in your organiser dashboard, and there are no hidden extras on top of it.
If your event doesn't sell any photos, you don't owe PINNED anything. There's no minimum spend, no cancellation fee, and no penalty for a quiet event.
You set your own prices
You choose the base price per photo, with a platform minimum of £5.00. From there, you decide how discounts work: volume pricing (the price drops the more photos someone buys, with an all-photos bundle cap) or flat pricing (the same price no matter how many photos they buy).
Want to reward participants who buy several photos, or club members who bought entry through you? Volume mode does that automatically. Prefer simplicity? Flat mode keeps every photo the same price.
What's actually included
Your commission covers everything: hosting your photos, running the checkout and payment processing, watermarking previews, full-resolution delivery to buyers, AI bib tagging, your dashboard reporting, and your payout — whether that's the standard manual schedule or an automatic Stripe payout.
There's no separate charge for any of it. One commission rate, applied only when a sale actually happens.
It takes minutes to apply.
